This is the standard clinical exercise for vestibular rehabilitation. Keep your eyes locked on the letter and move your head to the beat — horizontal (left-right) or vertical (up-down). Your brain learns to stabilize your gaze during head motion, gradually reducing dizziness and improving balance.
| Level | BPM | Daily Practice | Goal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Beginner | 30 | 3× / day, 2–4 min each | Build tolerance |
| Intermediate | 60 | 3–5× / day, 2–4 min each | Increase speed |
| Clinical Target | 120 | 3–5× / day, 4 min each | Normal VOR function |
Tip: Start at a level that causes only mild symptoms. Progress to the next level when the current one feels easy. Both horizontal and vertical directions should be practiced.
